Easy to use, great quality charger!

My car was only charged at 56% when I hooked this Schumacher up to it. The charger gave it a complete charge in a half hour. It can verify that the alternator is good and whether the battery can keep a charger or not. Easy, quick hookup and setup when it is needed. But it does need to be plugged in to be able to charge, and consequently an extension cord may also be needed. I want to take it with me on trips, so I will always be able to confirm my battery and alternator are in good working order.

I Am Impressed

This was the first time I tried a small charger. I have an industrial charger at work to maintain a fleet of vehicles. This unit is really easy to understand and use. It charged a completely dead battery in a few hours. I'm happy that I got this one right!

Powerful and fast charger

I own few Sears starter/charger such as the 200/60/30 amp starter charger and s Schumacher automatic charger. Disregard the starting amps, the automatic and desulfur parts of this charger is super. The charger set at automatic with the size and power option. It automatically charge the battery to full charge in few minutes for a 50% battery. The desulfur feature brought the battery life back to 100% charge condition. This is the feature attracted me to buy this charger. I am happy with this charger. Just I expected more from a pro model for $18 more. I bought the Schumacher pro series also for the 125 amps starting power and 40 amps fast charge. Anyway, this charger is great compared with my old manual chargers. Furthermore, the alternator tester is great for people don't know how to maintain or repair alternators.
