As a CUTCO knife salesmen two years back I'd have to say my brother and I love this knife. When opened, the blade has a strong, firm hold onto the handle; there's no wobble. Sharp, nice sheath, and a reliable size. One factor I didn't like is the charcoal coating on the blade; wish it would have a stainless steel finish so that if I drop it light will reflect off the open blade and I will be able to find it easily. Although may look cooler to some, can't reflect light at flying planes and search and rescue teams. There still is orange coloring on handle for you to easily find a lost or misplaced blade.
