Nice quality, difficult to assemble

I like the quality of the material used to make the chairs. However, assembling the chair was difficult. The instructions included in the box were not sufficient for the average person to use. The QR code linked to a video about the assembly did not work. I could not find anything on the website with a video. It is definitely a 2 person job to assemble.

The quality of this chair

The quality of this chair looks like it will be excellent. It is a nice looking and comfortable chair with the exception of the armrest. They are extremely low, especially with a cushion so they're not really usable nor comfortable. Unless you have the exact drill bit for your electric drill, this is a very difficult chair to put together manually. For the cost of this chair, I would have expected the design of the arms to be better.
