Great "GO-TO" Tool.
I bought the SM20 one afternoon...used it the next day in making home repairs. The SM20 cut through the exterior panels like they were butter. The SM20 is so easy to use and "FAST"...also, plunge-cuts are a snap and accurate too. I've had the SM20 for several months now and have used it on wood and metal...works great on both. Thanks for a great product, Dremel.
