I get these when I don't feel like messing with fresh which recently has been more often than not Just remember when you open a a jar. look at it carefully.Make sure the mushrooms aren't turning black or a dark , color. . The Juice is very non flavoring And it works beautiful for my cooking of. Coqauvin ,chicken and wine. i also do a lemon an herb. spice chicken I also use mushrooms

Green giant sliced mushrooms in jar

Love these mushrooms, especially keeping a few jars handy in my cupboard. They're not available for delivery from my Walmart however, and have to be shipped. The taste is superior I think to canned versions which always seem to taste like the can. I would love if Walmart carried the jars of whole mushrooms as well as the sliced.
