Exhaust Flapper Water Shutter — MerCruiser V6/V8:
Water shutter prevents exhaust water backflow into engine when not running. For 4" Y-pipes with round pin holes. Does not fit V6 with one-piece manifold (use 807166A2) or Y-pipes with rectangular holes (use 807166A1).
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Verify Y-pipe hole shape before ordering — round holes = 807166A3, rectangular = 807166A1.
