(Max trailering speed for trailerable covers 50 mph - 60 mph short distance 50 miles max). Any loose material during trailering is going to damage your cover. Make sure to secure it, you might want to use some additional straps or bungee cords (if needed). Damage to your cover during trailering would not be covered under warranty. • Discoloring or fabric desecration from foreign objects and chemicals (including tree saps, petroleum products, bird and animal droppings etc.) • Mold and/or mildew caused by storage of wet product or Acts of Nature. • No rebate or replacement will be made for any cover subsequent to the warranty period covered by this warranty, or at any time for damage resulting, but not limited to: negligence, vandalism, Act of Nature or chemically induced degradation. StopByUs.com Inc will not accept warranty items without proper authorization from our company. Proof of purchase must be included, no exceptions. Shipping charges to the manufacturer are the responsibility of the customer. Repaired or replaced items will be shipped back to the manufacturer freight prepaid. Before returning defective product, please email stopbyusinc@yahoo.com for a warranty authorization number. Products returned without RGA# will be refused, and the product will be returned to sender. The repaired or replaced cover will be returned to the sender within 20 days of receipt.
