i have a rescue cat. she's old. i'm not about to try to give her an actual bath. but, i needed something. this was pretty perfect. i put it on and basically gave her a good massage and petting. even though she got pretty wet, she didn't even try to get away. i think she loved the massage. also, it's unscented. that makes this product extra wonderful. i have sensitivity to fragrances and it's not good for cats either. so, win, win on this product. and i have already recommended and shared a couple of the gloves for friends to try on their cats
