I love this TV stand. I built it alone in my apartment (it recommends two people) but I didn't find it necessary. It comes shipped in two boxes. They're very very heavy so if you can meet the mailman at the door to get it inside, perfect. The wood pieces are just over 94 lbs (box one). The fireplace is light, naturally. I built this unit quickly using a drill. Everything is provided but I find I have the best success. Just be light handed with the drill. My only complaint with assembly is the directions don't match perfectly with the screws provided. But for the most part, you can just mix and match and it'll work out just fine. Also, since it is so heavy and I wanted to put this unit upstairs, I had to take the wood pieces out by bit, carry them upstairs, and built it in the location like that. It matches the book shelves also by Walmart perfectly and it's a gorgeous set up for a very affordable price. My bedroom feels rich and bougie. You also can change the lighting to a few different colors and you don't have to turn the actual heater on. So, if it's in the hot season it'll still be a great addition year round. Tv Size: Accurate. My 65” is a BEAST on this thing. It fits perfectly. You can 100% fit a 75” on it as well.
