FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
I was actually buying this product for my eleven year old...for $42 I didn't think it was anything more than a toy for him to pounce on. When we got it, we were suprised that the base is made of highly durable plastic and it holds the water inside just as it says it would-no leaking, and the metal and springs are solid, they will not easily be damaged--not a toy but truly a piece of fitness equipment. Short enough for my eleven year old and sturdy enough for my husband to pounce upon as well (the height adjusts!) Don't forget your gloves and remember to tell them to DODGE!

Since I have no room for a heavy bag, this is the next best thing. Enjoyable exercise. Easy to assemble, appears to be durable. Not experiencing any problems with top "bag" quickly falling apart, as some other product reviews claimed. Sporting stores do carry cloth bag covers, which would probably help protect the bag. Padded boxing gloves are needed as the bag is very dense. Springs back at a good rate. It is not a speed bag. It is designed more for steady punching combos, and functions well for that purpose. Takes up little space. Easily slides to the corner of my carpet when not in use. (Use a funnel when filling the base with water.)

I like this reflex bag. I was looking to add some cardio to my life in the winter and this product fits the bill. I don't like gyms or classes, I prefer to work out at home at my leisure. I live in a small condo and this product is good because it does not take up much space. It is very durable by my standards. Filling it with sand was tricky because the space in the opening is shallow, but it did work (make sure to do it outside). The bag is solid fill, which is good for durability, but you will need some good gloves. It stands about 5'4 at its tallest, which is decent. And can be lowered for a kid. Overall, very happy with this, getting some good workouts/cardio.
