GoodCook Set of 2 Nonstick XL Cookie Sheet and XL Cooling Grid, Gray

The rack is great for cooling but it also fits perfectly into the sheet pan, so it's great for cooking something you want crispy if the bottom too. It's also very non stick. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've really enjoyed this GoodCook XL cookie sheet and the cooling grid set. The pan is absolutely nonstick, cookies slide right off and it's really easy to clean even after you roast some veggies or prepare even a vaguely messy baked dish. The XL size is the other thing-- it's the perfect size, so you have as much space to spread whatever you're baking/cooking so it may cook evenly. The cooling grid has also helped me a lot more than I assumed it would. It's sturdy, it fits the pan as it should, and I've used it not just for cooling cookies but also baking products that benefit from air running through, like bacon or chicken. It helps everything crisp up without sticking. It heats up things perfectly! All things considered, the construction is rock solid so when you heat everything evenly, it doesn't warp in the oven. It's a fantastic everyday set to bake very regularly, or if you just need a clean sheet pan and rack combo. Would definitely recommend!
