Nylon flat washers are suitable for sealing flanges, pipes, valves, and faucet-to-sprayer connections. They are widely used in sealing household and bathroom water pipes, automotive oil and gas pipes, faucets, water pipes, hose nuts, and garden watering tool accessories.

Plastic sealing gaskets are made of nylon PA66, offering a smooth, burr-free surface and are heat-, wear-, and corrosion-resistant, with an operating temperature range of -20°C to 100°C/-4 F to 212 F. The standard circular arc provides uniform force distribution, excellent sealing and shock absorption, and a larger bearing surface, reducing pressure and friction between fasteners, effectively preventing leaks and loosening.

Instruction

Metric fastening gasket have a smooth surface and are easy to install, secure, and remove. Suitable for water and gas sealing, but are not recommended for use in oil seals or in strong acidic and alkaline environments.
