Problems at first but the customer service was excellent

The ring came in and was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, after only 5 days of wear one of the stones fell out. One phone call later a return label was emailed to me and the ring is being replaced as we speak. It's unfortunate that the ring had an issue but the customer service being so wonderful has convinced me to be a return customer
