Complete carburetor rebuild kit for the 2000-2002 Polaris Big Boss 500 6x6 and 2000-2008 Polaris Sportsman 500 6x6 equipped with the 499cc liquid-cooled engine and Mikuni BST34 (34mm CV) carburetor. In 2000 Polaris continued the Big Boss 500 6x6 while also introducing the Sportsman 500 6x6 which would carry the six-wheel-drive platform through 2008. Both models feature on-demand 6WD with shaft drive to all six wheels, PVT automatic transmission with hi/lo range and reverse, and hydraulic disc brakes. The Sportsman 500 6x6 was notably used by the US military for its exceptional traction and hauling capability. Kit includes all O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, and float valve needle and seat. NBR rubber O-rings provide excellent resistance to ethanol in modern pump fuels. Paper float bowl gaskets upgraded to high performance interface gasket material. Replaces Polaris 3130668.
