Complete rebuild kit for the Keihin 22mm carburetor used on the 2009-2014 Polaris RZR 170 youth side-by-side and 2015-2021 Phoenix 200 youth ATV. The RZR 170 features a 169cc air-cooled OHV engine (61mm x 57.8mm bore/stroke, 9.5:1 compression) with CVT automatic transmission and chain final drive. It includes comprehensive safety equipment: roll cage, bucket seats with three-point seatbelts, side nets, speed limiter, daytime running lights, and hydraulic disc brakes at all four corners. The Phoenix 200 runs a larger 196cc air-cooled OHV engine (65mm x 59mm bore/stroke, 9.2:1 compression) with CVT automatic and shaft drive, featuring dual front hydraulic disc brakes, rear drum brake, and both electric and kick starting. Both models are rear-wheel drive designed for off-road recreational use. Kit includes all O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, and float valve needle and seat with OEM jet sizes. NBR rubber O-rings resist ethanol-blended fuels.
