Verified Purchase

Bent regulator due to poor packaging.

It's hard to leave an honest review about this. The seller must've dug this one out of the garbage to send it to me. The box was mangled, the packing material was not properly placed around the item, so the burner shifted around in the box. Obviously, this was a returned item. (The second photo shows the packing as it was received.) This caused damage to the brass regulator, and it makes the burner unsafe and unusable. I could not find another similar regulator to purchase, and the seller has not responded, so I cannot use the burner. Walmart also contacted the seller, and they did not respond to them either. I did not pay for this item since it was given as part of the Recognized Reviewer program. If damaged products are what they send in hopes of a good review, they failed the assignment. I would NOT buy from this seller under any circumstances, and I hope that Walmart will remove this third-party seller from their website. They could've thrown this away themselves instead of sending it to me to take to the dump.
