When 24 inches actually mean 17 - 18 inches
Very seriously, if I wanted a mannequin with hair that was 17 - 18 inches, I would have ordered one. Come people, could it be that your manufacturer has no idea how to measure, I'm confident that 17 inches industry standars does not equate to 24 inches. Besides my disappointment with the obvious, just in general I am not completely satisfied with the entire Walmart experience. Consumers just be warned, "just like every retailer, vender, seller their priority is NOT the consumers, it's tricky marketing with misleading, misrepresenting products and making the big bucks. With mannequin in my hand, right now, I'm questioning "some of this hair does not feel HUMAN". Wow, Walmart this sucks - for you, not me. You'll be hearing from me. P.S. I'M NOT INCONVENIENCING MYSELF TO TAKE PICS, DOWNLOAD ON COMPUTER ETC, ETC FOR THIS REVIEW.
