works for sleep

my husband works overnights and has struggled to find something that gives him consistent reliable sound sleep on those days he cannot fall asleep after work. as people have mentioned the scent is pretty aggressive but if you mix it in with the liquid it's taste goes away. it works! it allows for sound sleep easy wake in the morning with no grogginess. we are sold on this product!

This is a good supplement that I keep at bedside in case I awaken during the night and need a little calmative to settle back down - and this is it. Being a liquid makes it easier to consume than a pill or capsule plus it gets into the system faster. Another good thing is that it doesn't contain alcohol or sugar. Sometimes I team it up with melatonin.
