Maha Fitness Yoga Fitness Ball

I was skeptical how much use I would get out of this after the initial novelty wore off, but I am so glad I followed through with this purchase. Due to size, initial storage was an issue, until I replaced our bulky office chair with this ball. It gets used on a daily basis and promotes better posture with little to no effort. Also great for stretching and warm-up exercises. Only downside was lack of instructions for initial inflation -- there were none. After an hour, we finally figured out. Even a simple how-to diagram would have been helpful.
