Frustrated.

Received confirmation it was shipped and on way then nothing. Received notice it was delayed and didn't know when it would arrive. I called %26 sent email for help and nothing anyone could do. I then received email it was still delayed and I could cancel, which I did then days later without any updates or notifications it arrived. I had already purchased a replacement.

Easy to install

Awesome chandelier
