Astwood 16" 4-Light Chandelier Matte Black - Transitional Design with Rounded Cage - Perfect for Any Room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hunter's Astwood 4 light chandelier is a beautiful and well made fixture. It looks and feels solid and very high quality. This looks even better in hand than pictured. I really like that the fixture is open and the lights do not have globes. We are using clear bulbs in this now and they look great. We are just finishing a remodel in the kitchen and I selected this fixture in chrome finish. It really sets the room off with a contemporary, modern look with lots of shine and sparkle. It also highlights the finishes from our faucets and appliances. I even changed our hardware based on this fixture from black to nickel and chrome finishes. I really appreciated that the drop on this was significantly adjustable. We hung this centered in the room and it provides more than enough light. Lighting had been a problem because we have dark blue cabinets and a hardwood floor which is a very dark brown to almost black finish. It had been difficult to illuminate the floor with the old fixture but this fixture lights the whole room as well as the floor. This has made a tremendous difference in appearance in the kitchen. The illumination throughout the whole room is very good. I feel like we went from remodel to designer interior. I think this would alternatively look terrific in a light colored room as well. So for us this fixture may have a second life in another room or remodel. This was minimally and well packaged to prevent the fixture from being damaged. There was very little assembly and the directions were thorough, easy to understand and follow. I installed this and the installation was fast and stress free. Everyone who has seen the fixture so far is really impressed and I continue to get compliments from friends, family and even contractors. I have had Hunter brand ceiling fans for a long time so I already knew what great, long lasting style and quality those fixtures have. This light fixture is even more stylized and equally high quality. I would highly recommend this or any light fixture from the Hunter brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hunter Astwood 4 Light Chandelier is a gorgeous addition to your home! My husband was able to install this himself in our dining room with no issue. The instructions are easy to follow and installation took him about 50 minutes. The chandelier is big, so he needed my help holding the light as he hooked up the wiring. Once installed, this chandelier is absolutely stunning and gives our dining room an elegant and modern look. We used LED light bulbs in ours, which give off a lot of beautiful light. I love the look of this chandelier, as it has an open design without all the glass and embellishments. It's a simplistic, stylish, and modern piece that will elevate the look of any room! I highly recommend this stunning chandelier!
