Katherine 40.74 In. Walnut High Back Wood Swivel Bar Stool With Fabric Seat

When I first saw pictures of this chair I was really impressed and I knew that I wanted to purchase 2 of them for my kitchen island. I ordered them and they arrived at my house in just a few days. I couldn't wait to assemble them and show them to my friends and family. When I finished the relatively easy assembly process I was so happy with my new purchase. They were absolutely beautiful and they looked so much nicer than my old kitchen chairs. But my happiness was short-lived. If the manufacturer had only used a softer more compliant foam padding to sit on this would have been a knockout five star purchase. Instead they opted to use this very stiff high density foam that I could not sit on for very long at all before getting very sore on my posterior. I sit at my kitchen island for hours every day and I knew that I could not live with these chairs on a daily basis. I was very sad because I knew I had to return these chairs and look elsewhere for something that was comfortable to sit on. Such a shame because these chairs were a bargain and they look so expensive and classy and I really wanted them in my home. I'm including two photos with this review. One photo shows the beautiful new chair next to my old worn out chair and the other photo shows both new chairs at my kitchen island.
