Measurement Condradictions. No One Can Buy

I am rating the advertising. The pictures contradict one another. And the measurements contradict one another. Some pictures show the fence at 24" with a narrow width per panel, other pictures show the fence at 17.5" with a wider width.

Just ok

arrived broken. Put together poorly and third part is just made as an add on. Wooden dolly put in poorly and I hope it will last longer then a couple of months while I train dog.
