I love that I set the toast color I want, and it toasts perfectly each time. It has a digital counter that counts down the time - no more having to cancel to check and then push button down again. I had to replace a toaster that mysteriously burnt up (stated smoking %26 burnt up bread), no fire, I threw it out. I waited awhile to try a new toaster. I'm very happy on day two with Mercity. Per these instructions: set the dial, don't keep plugged in (I use surge protector), etc. I was surprised instructions were only in English as everything is in multiple languages--but that's not my business. Seems like a great product.

The toaster looks nice n sleek, the digital display is easy to read and the timer is a nice feature. Slots are wide enough for a bagel and the warming tray is unique. The only problem I've had is that the toaster does not toast both sides perfectly every time, although close enough.
