True licorice taste.

A real licorice flavor to these. They are always the same from the first to the last bean. Put them in a resealable bag to keep them fresh. They don't seem to melt in your mouth or in your hands. They definitely linger in regards to taste after eating them. The family used to fight over who would get the black jelly beans. So I resorted to buying a whole bag. No arguments then. An holiday tradition. Black jellybeans.

My favorite!

I love Easter time because I can get these, I do wish they were available year round. I know they are an acquired taste. They are firm but chewy. Always makes me laugh when I see my tongue is blue from the dye. Reminds me of my childhood.
