Easy to install and set up.

I am very pleased with this item. It installed easily, and even has a SATA plug you can use if extra power is required. I booted up Windows, installed the drivers via the included CD, and it recognized my external hard drives immediately. The software is made by Texas Instruments. I read reviews of the various USB cards before purchase and the SIIG product line was the highest rated PCIe USB adapter in the reviews.

PCI Express 4-Port SuperSpeed USB 3.0 Host Adapter

Does everything advertized at a fair price. Windows 10 automatcly loaded the drivers for it. I now have USB 3.0 and it took less than 15 minutes.
