Crispy Restaurant-Style Tempura at Home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Asian Tempura Seasoned Coating Mix is very easy to use and gives food a light, crispy coating with great flavor. The texture comes out crunchy without feeling too heavy, and the mix coats shrimp, chicken, and vegetables really well. It mixes smoothly and has a nice consistency that makes dipping and coating simple. I also like that the pouch is easy to store in the pantry and convenient for quick family meals. Great for making restaurant-style tempura at home with less effort.

Crispy GOODNESS!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delicious! I don't eat meat so I opted for a tempura tofu meal and this batter was the perfect addition! It crisped up perfectly and seasoned the tofu just enough! It has a little bit of spice but nothing too much! Would definitely buy again!

Incredible flavor for a bolder tempura batter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 10/10 for flavor. The seasoning they use I wouldn't say immediately reminded me of traditional tempura. Most definitely not the cheaper tempuras you get at the all-you-can-eat and sushi bars. But it's better than that, it really can make a your fried chicken or fried shrimp pop out and be a bold side dish, or even have it stand strong as your main. I struggled a bit with the adhesion to shrimp, but it did fry up crispy. The instruction call for ice cold seltzer water, next time I will try getting the batter a bit colder before breading to see if that helps with the adhesion.
