For our semi-precious gemstone jewellery, a certificate is provided with the product. For all other jewellery items, we do not issue traditional paper certificates.

Gold jewellery, especially gold necklaces, can become tarnished over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and the natural oils from your skin. To clean gold jewellery safely, prepare a gentle cleaning solution using warm water and a few drops of mild dish soap.
Soak the jewellery in the solution for 15–20 minutes, then gently clean it using a soft cloth, a soft-bristled toothbrush, or a small, clean makeup brush.
Rinse thoroughly under running water to remove any soap residue, and pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using paper towels or tissues, as they may scratch the surface of the gold.

Sterling silver jewellery can be cleaned using a mild soap solution in warm water to remove tarnish. Contrary to popular belief, toothpaste should be avoided. Its abrasive chemicals may cause surface damage, especially when applied with a brush.
