Larger size for middle toes.
These toe protectors are better than the store brand I was using for my middle toes. They are easy to trim with my sharp pair of scissors I luckily owned. I had to turn them inside out to wear though because the gel side was too uncomfortable for me. I will purchase again in the future when needed.
