Klein Tools Slim Forged Wire Stripper And Cutter

I bought this a few days ago. As a master electrician I've had my fair share of wire strippers. I'm a fan of Knipex 13-72-8 strippers. They're the best that's ever been. This Klein model closely resembles those. They strip “ok” they cut ok. But one thing I noticed immediately after handling is the jaws do not open up far at all. I was barely able to fit a 14 gauge extension cord in the cutters to cut it. Although, once fit around the wire it cuts effortlessly the Knipex strippers have no such trouble. I like these. But they could've been much much better. Save your money and buy Knipex.
