No Proposition 65 om the description!!
I purchased this flashlight because I thought it was a safe purchase as no Proposition 65 was listed. (Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment.) When I received the flashight, on the package was the Proposition 65 Warning. Had I known that before hand I never would have bought it. I am returning it.

Will not buy Ray-o-vac again.
I purchased this flashlight and it was never in the description about it exposing you to chemicals that cause cancer and birth defects. It wasn't until I saw it on the package after delivery. And then my return time ran out. I feel deceived.
