Manganese for metabolism, bone and brain health
I use MANGANESE for Antioxidant protection, Brain and Bone health, Metabolism: aiding Energy production, Blood sugar regulation, Blood clotting and Immune function. Directions tell you to only take one 20 mg tablet every other day at mealtime because taking too much can be harmful over time. This bottle has 250 servings and will last a long time. Be sure to follow the directions on the bottle.

Chelated Manganese
Since I started taking this manganese supplement, I've noticed a few key improvements. First, I've experienced better joint and bone health. According to tests, I have low manganese and anemia (and it can be not only due to low iron, but also due to low manganese), and in complexes it is usually in small dosages. I'm glad I found it in this dosage, because... This is not a popular supplement, but it is extremely important.
