Mama's Creations Flame Grilled Chicken Strips 16 oz

I enjoyed cooking with this chicken! I used it in dishes to make a cheesy chicken quesadilla & chicken bacon spinich pasta. I thought the chicken tasted exactly like what I would make myself. It was pretty tender & had a slight grilled taste. Chicken was fresh, didn't have a strong smell to it, and tasted good. My only gripe was that it was advertised as fully cooked on the front of the package, but the instructions on the back emphasized making sure it was heated to 165°F. So I still had to heat the chicken in the frying pan before adding it to my dish and worried that this could dry out the chicken. The strips in the package were also quite inconsistent in size, with some being long slices and some being very small pieces. This didn't bother me too much, as that's just the nature of how an actual chicken breast would end up being sliced, and definitely emphasized how non-processed the chicken was. I'm not sure how feasible it will be for me to re-buy, but if they offered this in stores near me, I would consider buying again!

Although I’m very selective with meats that are “ready to eat”, these grilled chicken breast strips impressed me. I made some via air fryer and some via microwave and both had great consistency. The taste and juiciness of the meat was as if it had just came off the grill. The flavor was on point and didn’t have a spiciness which sometimes depending on seasonings it may. All around, this was a great product!
