the product itself is high quality. my experience with Walmart shipping was not so good. there were a few things missing 2 brackets that hold the arm on, a bolt to hold bracket for the leg support. I was able to use a few things laying around the house to make it functional. I'm very pleased with the product it was 5 days late and very heavy. I was home to help the delivery guy carry it up to the house.
