Inconsistent Product Quality
I almost always give a perfect five-star rating, but there are a few issues with this brand of paint. Firstly, the texture of the paint varies because sometimes it is thick and rich, and has a great consistency, and other times it is thinner and it takes more coates than it did when I ordered it at an earlier time. I'd hate to think that there are 'good' and 'lousy' batches of this paint, but with the issues of unreliability that I have experienced with this product, what else am I to suspect? I have experienced these inconsistencies in more than just one color, so that isn't the issue. Another thing is that this seller uses FedEx and delivery from that shipping entity doesn't work well with my address for some reason, but in all fairness - I have never reached out to the seller/company to request that they use another shipping company.
