Since Christmas baking is coming soon I wanted to have a supply of pistachios on hand. I usually buy them in the shell, but we all know how long it takes to shell and clean them. And since we always eat a few along the way, there never seems to be enough to do the actual baking!! I ordered this item...it arrived securely packaged in only two days! Had to try some out.....they are fresh, shelled and perfectly ready for baking. I will just freeze what I don't use and they will be fine to use another time. yeah, it seems pricey, but I didn't have to go buy, shell, and clean them.
