Works great!

I have a 7 year old Reliance water heater that has one of these. I highly recommend flushing your water heater every 6 months because if you have hard water, it is going to plug up with sediment and not drain efficiently with this valve! I know that is why I am replacing it! Lesson learned, so make sure and flush your water heater twice a year and it will last a lot longer!!
