[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was a bit of apprehension ordering online without actually seeing these Tustin Leverset handles, especially having had no experience in installation. The online descriptions left me a little more at ease. A thorough glancing at the many reviews available on multiple sites gave me the assurance that most likely the product would work for me. Yes, there were other models I preferred, but I was forced to buy the most mechanically functioning and design that were within my budget. Installation instructions, in my opinion, were limited, and the first installation was halted, interrupted and required my wife doing an online search concerning the Allen screw. Not having been a mechanical employee, I was unaware the Allen screw did not have to be completely removed. A tad of figuring made me a "pro," according to my wife, and subsequent installs required only nineteen minutes to remove the old handle and replace with the beautiful Tustin leversets. How much we are looking forward to the ease on our arthritic hands!! What a wonderful surprise at the smoothness from the initial transaction to the complete installation. My only slight disappointment is in the actual finish, Venetian Bronze. I was looking for an "edged oil rubbed bronze," but Kwikset did not offer a finish in that description. The pictured knob appeared to be the oil rubbed bronze, but there is a variation from the pictured color to the actual color. I am posting a pix of the knob after installation in our home for possible convenience for another customer. We wanted the reputable Kwikset brand, so we took the chance--knowing we could exchange them in the end. Overall, we are well pleased with the look and performance!
