Continuous Sealing and Printing: The LF1080A continuous sealer can be used as an automatic sealer for food and industrial packaging. It has an adjustable width of 6-12 mm (0.24“-0.47”) and supports an integrated workflow of continuous sealing and ink wheel printing.

Ink roller printing function: The ink roller printing function can clearly print dates/product information at the sealing point. Different embossing rollers can achieve diverse sealing effects.

Durable and safe: Features pure copper heating and cooling blocks for uniform heating/cooling. Equipped with safety devices that immediately cut off power in case of leakage, ensuring safe operation. The high-end conveyor belt has wear-resistant properties, reducing replacement frequency and saving costs.

Clear Simple Control Panel: The control panel has five switches, three knobs, three displays, and one emergency stop switch, the functions of five switches from left to right are: power switch, heating, fan, date printing and air suction, the three knobs from left to right are: date printed location adjustment on the bag, date printer temperature controller and speed regulator, the three displays are: counter, temperature controller and vacuum meter, the functions are clear at a glance
