It does come shrink wrapped so once you take it out if you just shake it out, it will fluff right up What an amazing value for my money I'm so glad this time I didn't go by the negative refuse about it being thin and all that Overall, I give this a 10 out of 10

If you are looking for an inexpensive option and not worry about the area it will cover. This is a good purchase typically, I like my skirts to branch out a little bit more outside of my tree so it was a little small for us, but I wouldn't say it was a bad purchase.
