Falling net and no tie downs

It was supposed to come with four weather tie downs. It came with none. When I reached out they said oh no probably we will send them. They sent one. The top poles that create the circle holding the net up have broken more than once. I have a 5 year old. Zero way he is being too rough on it… my husband is now trying to figure out a way to rig the top to stay in place. We have a rule that if the net isn’t fully up he can’t play on it. I’ve had a very upset kid many days because he jumps for a bit and the net falls again. Overall not super happy.
