DUrable, High Quality, Great Shading Ability

This is the best awning I've found that fits my needs. It's portable, adjustable and very durable. I anticipate, with confidence, that I'll have this for years to come. If you live in a small space, a condo, or a home that has no shade, but little space for a canopy; then this is the awning you need! I gave it four stars for assembly simply because of how many parts are needed to assemble. However, the directions for putting it together were very easy to follow and it came together in under a half an hour and I am no expert. I have very basic skills.
