How to Send Your Customization Details (Images & Text):
1. Log in to your Walmart.com account.
2. Click on "Account" at the top of the page and select "Purchase History."
3. Locate your order and click the "View Details" button next to the order number.
4. On the Order Details page, click the "Contact Seller" button.
5. Select "Product Experience" or "Others" as the topic.
6. Type your customization instructions in the message box and attach your images/files using the attachment icon. Click "Send."
Note: Walmart will forward your message to us via an encrypted email system. Our reply will be sent directly to the personal email address associated with your Walmart account. Please check your inbox and spam folder for our response.
To avoid delays, please send your details within 24 hours of placing your order.
