The air fryer looks and works great. Very happy with the product. The problem was that I did not realize that the shipping cost was as much as I spent for the product. The only reason that I did not return it was that the air fryer has so many different features. The shipping cost should be listed in bold letters so that people know what they are really paying for the item.
