This mattress fits perfectly in a pack n play. It's soft to the touch and feels like it would be comfortable for an infant. I like that the cover comes off and I can put it in the washer. My grandson is only three days old but he seemed to be comfortable while he was sleeping.

The only small thing is that it arrives compressed in a box, so you really need to give it a full 24 to 48 hours to expand completely before you try to put a sheet on it. If you try to use it right away, it might seem a little undersized until it fully breathes. This is perfect for parents who are picky about non-toxic materials but don't want to pay the "boutique" store prices. If you already have a high-end organic mattress that's still in good shape, you probably don't need to upgrade, but for a new setup, this is a solid choice.
