Lisle 19822 Tire/Tube Test Tank

Seems like a decent (if light duty) product, but be advised that the 12" width is only at the top. In fact, it tapers down to 9" wide at the bottom. Because of this I could not use it, didn't even try. Instead I tried to return it. Walmart refers me to JB Tools, JB Tools says go through Walmart to initiate a return, provides a shipping address but no label. I chat with Walmart and they "escalate" it and send it back to JB Tools to initiate a return and provide a shipping label. JB Tools forwards the notice of escalation to me but does not provide any kind of a response. Several days later I contact Walmart again, the process is repeated. While there has been plenty of back and forth, seen neither one of them will initiate a return or provide a shipping label. I guess I'll give this to my wife to use as a planter.
