* Handling and Shipping Time:
• This is Print on Demand (PoD) product, it will take 1 – 3 working day for production. Items which have QC issues may need more time for production.
• Standard shipping/transit times apply 3 - 5 working days for domestic and 15 -20 working days for international. (2-6 additional days due to external factors beyond our control).


* Cancellation:
We can only accept the cancellation if item is still in processing stage. We have no way to hold item once it is in production stage. Normally items will be moved to production 1 day after purchasing.

• Turn the garment inside out before washing. Hand washing in cold water is preferred.
• If using a washing machine, select cold water and a gentle cycle to protect the printed design.
• Use a mild, non-abrasive detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
• Wash dark and light colors separately.
Drying Instructions:
• Hang the garment to air dry, avoiding direct sunlight to prevent fading.
• If using a dryer, set it to low heat or a delicate cycle, as high heat may damage the print.
Ironing Instructions:
• Turn the garment inside out before ironing.
• Use a low heat setting.
• Avoid ironing directly on the printed area. Use a pressing cloth or iron inside out to protect the design.
