It works

Poor instructions but easy assembly for one person. Just follow the pictures and the numbered fastener packs. Difficult to stand it upright. I used a block %26 tackle to stand it upright. No description of this in the instructions. The distance between the casters is short so the unit should be used on smooth level concrete. I used it on my slightly sloping gravel driveway by tying off the top beam to an anchor point for added stability. It worked well. With the beam lowered I can move it on the gravel surface but it's much easier on concrete. Only issue I had with assembly was that one of the J hooks on the riser mechanism was drilled a little off. Easily corrected with a rat tail file.
