The assembly includes a 24-inch pilot tube, a 16-inch igniter wire, a 22-inch thermocouple, and a 20-inch thermopile. Constructed with a premium tube, heat-resistant wiring, and a sturdy bracket, it ensures corrosion-resistant and stable heating.
A key feature is its integrated flame monitoring system. The sensitive thermocouple and thermopile continuously monitor flame conditions. If the flame is abnormally extinguished, the system automatically cuts off the gas supply immediately, significantly reducing the risk of gas leakage for enhanced safety.
This assembly is an OEM-compliant replacement for natural and liquefied gas applications. It is designed to replace original models including 10002265, 10002264, and SRV10002264. Switching between gas types is simple, requiring only a nozzle replacement. It offers wide compatibility with most mainstream fireplace brands such as Majestic, Vermont Castings, Temco, Dutchwest, Monessen, and Century, as well as other gas appliances.
Installation is straightforward thanks to standard tubing diameters and wires. Simply replace the old parts with the new assembly.
