Fyydes C-500+ USB Mini Fridge Freezer, 9.76" x 3.26" x 9.76"

The good first: 1. Yeah, it cools down to a reasonable temperature (nearly 30F degrees below ambient temperature) not like the temperature of a real fridge (34-36F degrees), but far better than room temperature. I'm a soda sipper, not a guzzler, I need a way to keep it cool when the fridge is far-far-away. This does that. 2. Yeah, it runs on USB power drawing a maximum of 10watt (USB 5 volts drawing 2 Amps = 10watt), and, I use a hefty Powerbank 30,000mah [30Ah] that will last nearly a day, or power it directly from a USB 2 Amp wall charger). 3. Yeah, this is tall enough for a 16.9oz (500ml=1/2 liter) soda, or, two 12oz cans, and is why I purchased this specific one. I don't buy cans, ever. 4. Yeah, the fit of the door to the body for closure gap is good, the magnetic latch works good. 5. It has rubberized pads on the feet, it won't wander around the table. 6. The switch on the cord shows *II O I*.Cooling is the *II* and there is an internal LED in the upper left corner. Green for cooling, Red for heating ( I'm sure that I'll not ever use the heat). NOW- The not so good: 1. NO: It's really funny (stupid, actually) that there's so little insulation inside of this thing, just on the floor and on the door (about 35% of the area). I'm going to use Foam Poster Board (not poster paper/cardboard) with double sided tape and insulate the greater part of the area, the inside two sides and the inside top. This will improve efficiency (and cooling ability) tremendously. (why didn't the manufacturer do this, instead ONLY insulating the door and floor?) about 55¢ cost of buying the foam poster board and I have the tape already. 2. NO: the USB power wire is NOT disconnectable, it's fixed. Sad.
